Drones for Archaeology - An Introduction

THE APRIL CLASS IS FULL! CHECK THE CALENDAR FOR THE MAY CLASS AND THANKS TO ALL THAT SIGNED UP!

What's up with all the talk of drones? Can they really be used in archaeology? The answer is YES! But cautiously. There are many things to consider and prepare for before you bring a drone on your project.

In this class we'll cover:

  • FAA Regulations
  • Types of Drones and Basics of Flight
  • Capabilities
  • Use Cases

You DO NOT need a drone to take this class. Whether you're an interested employee or run the company it's good to know what drones can and should be used for. This is a short class but an informative one!

Space is limited!!
